We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee HVAC projects specifically for the School Construction Authority. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, tailored to school construction projects.
  • Collaborate with the School Construction Authority, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with educational goals.
  • Oversee the execution of HVAC projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, schedules, and budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, conducting regular site visits to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, implementing proactive measures to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, and contractors, providing timely updates and addressing concerns.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory compliance, conducting inspections as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3years of project management experience in HVAC or construction, particularly in educational or institutional settings.
  • Strong understanding of school construction processes, codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid drivers license.
